Terms & Conditions for your Wedding

Please read through our terms and conditions in preparation for your Trial day and wedding day. 

 Trial day- All trials are held at our studio. Danielle will be in touch with availability dates for you.

on the day you’re more then welcome to bring your bridal party.

please let us know in advance if any of your bridal party will also be having trials.

Trial payments will be made on the day. Via cash or card.

All styles, timings and any other additional information for the wedding day will be confirmed on your trial date.

Your individual Artist will have contact with you prior to the day of the wedding

We suggest that you wear white as other coloured garments can distract you from your hair and makeup.

Veils and jewellery are also great to be on the trial day.

Deposit

·  A 50% Deposit is to be made to secure your wedding date. Deposits a non-refundable.

·  Outstanding balance to be paid 7 days prior to your wedding date

· A Proforma will be sent to you with a full breakdown of cost.

Timings

· Your Artist/s will arrive 15 mins before the appointment time to set up.

· Your artist/s will be booked for the pre-agreed time slot.

· We ask that you and your wedding party are ready as lateness can affect schedule and result in a late fee.

· Change of Artist is possible in the event of sickness/events out of our control.

Preparation

· Hair Prep, in some cases you will need to have the hair prepped prior to the day of the wedding, this would have been confirmed with your artist on the day of your trial. If you need further guidance please call 01708459644 to speak with a member of the Final checks team.

· The order of hair and make-up will be suggested by the artist

Work Area

· We ask, where possible, to set up in an area with the best lighting, access to plug sockets and a good size table (iron board are acceptable as a table).

· We always ask for the area in which we work to be as clear as possible, this allows for you and your party to have a calm and relaxing experience in the lead up to your special day.
